CaptureWizard is an easy-to-use fully functional and out-of-the-box product for document scanning, indexing, verification and committal to FileNet systems. It provides a comprehensive set of functionality in a packaged application requiring little or no customization before it is put into a production environment.
While most document capture and entry solutions require a lot of customization and coding, CaptureWizard provides an easy-to-configure environment that removes the complexities and additional cost associated with delivering Capture solutions. It includes provisions for integrating with external data sources (legacy systems) as well as automatic validation and data entry. Index values can be populated via barcodes and external database lookup. Validation can be setup for key data fields. Additionally, customers can set-up rules-based routing to permit documents to be routed appropriately for archival.
CaptureWizard is being used by dozens of customers. Many of our customers have been able to get their capture systems up and running in days with minimal supervision. CaptureWizard also includes provisions for automatically filing documents into eFolders for customers that plan on using Softech's DocWizard™ application.
