Softech provides a comprehensive suite of applications that extend customer's investments in the FileNet products. We offer out-of-the-box applications that are easy-to-use and are proven, both in terms of technology as well as user acceptance. These applications represent our years of experience and better understanding "real life" usage of document management and workflow technologies. While we continue emphasizing ease-of-use and quick deployment, by no means, we are limiting the capabilites of the baseline technologies and FileNet products. On the contrary, we have found that the best solutions are the ones that are simple to use, but can accommodate the different user types and their corresponding needs and requirements. We also realize that while document management products offer a lot of functionality, certain things are done better outside of a document management system. Hence, our applications represent what a customer would need to do to bridge the gap between a baseline product and the final solution.
